Ernie has spent most of his working life in the Monroe County area, with his wife of 40 years Nancy, they have lived in the Ida area raising their family sending them to school here, and becoming a part of the community. Ernie spent 24-plus years with the Devilbiss Co. of Toledo, Ohio until the Company relocated. He then went to work for Delta U.S. Corporation of Monroe, recently retiring after 10 years of service.
