Business Philosophy When I decided to become a full time Real Estate professional, my business philosophy was to offer superior service and my problem solving skills to my clients in order to develop a loyal customer base. I have found this philosophy has proven successful. A high percentage of my business is referrals from friends and relatives of satisfied clients. Professional Background Before starting my Real Estate career I spent nearly thirty years in sales and marketing in industry, most recently as Director of Marketing for Diversey Corp., an international chemical company. I am a graduate of Iowa State University, have a Real Estate broker's license, and a graduate of the Real Estate Institute. For the past seventeen years I have been Secretary of the Dundee School Board. I am a life member of the Real Estate Multi Millionaire sales club. Customer Service In today's world of increasing regulations, Real Estate is becoming more complicated. I will use my experience to guide my clients and customers through Real Estate related problems from buying and selling a home, tax deferred trades, and business investment to local development.
